MyAnimeThoughts, operated by Somen Halder, sells only digital software. No physical products are sold or shipped by us.
1. No Returns
Digital software cannot be physically returned once it has been downloaded or a licence key has been delivered. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchase.
2. If Something Goes Wrong

- Duplicate or failed payment: see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Merchandise Bought Through Affiliate Links
Products in our Anime Merch Store are sold and shipped by third-party sellers such as Amazon. Returns for those items are handled by the seller under their own return policy, not by MyAnimeThoughts.
