1. About Our Services
MyAnimeThoughts publishes anime news, reviews, rankings, guides and entertainment content, which is free to read. We also sell digital software products ("Products") through the Website. Details of each Product, including features, system requirements and price, are shown on its product page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase Products. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is true and complete.
3. Products and Pricing

We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password. By paying, you also agree to the terms of the payment gateway and your bank.
5. Software Licence
When you buy a Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it as described on the product page. You may not:
- Resell, rent, share, sublicense or distribute the Product or your licence key
- Copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the Product, except where allowed by law
- Use the Product for any unlawful purpose
We may suspend or cancel a licence that is used in breach of these Terms, without a refund.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally to the email address entered at checkout, usually within minutes and always within 24 hours of confirmed payment. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Refunds, Returns and Cancellation
All sales of digital Products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations once payment is complete, except for payment errors as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Return Policy.

9. Intellectual Property
