MyAnimeThoughts sells digital software only. No physical product is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
1. Delivery Method
After your payment is confirmed, your download link and/or licence key is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery usually happens within a few minutes, and always within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
3. Delivery Area
Our software is available to customers in India [and worldwide]. (Edit if you only sell in India.)
4. If You Don't Receive Your Product
- Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
- Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct.
- If you still can't find it, email contact@myanimethoughts.com with your order ID and payment reference. We will resend it.
If we are unable to deliver the product, your payment will be returned as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
