The first volume of the comic adaptation of Reisuke Kaneko's youth novel ``Dead Yamada and the Classroom'' was released today, April 23rd. Nobetsukei is in charge of the manga.
``Dead Yamada and the Classroom'' begins with Yamada, the main character in the class, being hit by a drunk driver and dying. Hanaura, the homeroom teacher, suggests changing seats to the depressed classmates, but the next moment, the voice of Yamada, who was supposed to be dead, is heard from the classroom speaker... The work is currently being serialized in Palcy. The first volume of the comic version of Kaneko's novels ``Dead Ishii's Horde'' and ``Dead Kimura wo Kishou'' was also released on the same day.
