Tsuyoshi Todo, a high school boy, is shunned by those around him because he doesn't understand common sense or what he's thinking. During his lonely school life, the presence of his childhood friend and classmate, Hana Hanazono, was important to him. However, one day after school, Tsuyoshi comes across a scene where Hana tells her friend that she is a ``convenient guy'' and that she is interested in someone else. Feeling sad that he cannot live a "normal life" after all, he decides to "reset" his feelings toward Hana.
