The Story Begins
Volume 1 of the new work by Asa Kuwa of "Hinata-chan, an Old Woman" titled "A Certain Rehabilitation Man Starts a Mysterious Countryside Life with a Fluffy Raccoon Dog" was released by Coremix today, May 7th. The original story was written by Shusui Ogami.
Discovering Kambushi-cho
Yuji Yamakawa, a tired office worker, gets on the wrong train and falls asleep, and finds himself in an unfamiliar rural town, Kambushi-cho. It is a land where humans and monsters coexist, and only those who need Kambushi Town can reach it. Yuuji decides to stay in the village and takes shelter in the inn of Mr. Honda, a kobold who looks like a raccoon dog.
A Life of Detox
The town mayor is a 130-year-old demon lord who looks like a little girl, and the milk served at the inn is Minotaur milk. The story depicts how the tired minds and bodies of modern people are soothed by the mysterious and relaxing life in Kambushi Town. As Yuji settles into his new life, he discovers the unique charm of the town and its inhabitants, and begins to heal from the stresses of his old life.
