The first volume of Ukai Itsuki's ``Maoujou Sideway'', originally written by Kousei Shimizu, was released today, March 4th.
"Devil Castle Sideway" is a "demon world chat gag comedy" woven by Virsch and Rio, the aides who serve the demon lord. While Rio earnestly serves the Demon King, the dishonest Virsch tries to slack off as soon as the Demon King leaves his seat. A comical depiction of two of the Demon King's aides chatting away while he is away in a prosperous Demon King's castle that aims to invade the human world. It is serialized in Jump Square (Shueisha), and was featured as the center color in the magazine's April issue, which is also on sale today.
