A collaboration project between the anime “My Hero Academia” based on the original work by Kohei Horikoshi and job change support service Recruit Agent starts today, March 12th. Collaboration visuals and a web-only original movie with the theme of "People become stronger together." have been released.

This collaboration project was realized because we thought that the story of "My Hero Academia" and the core of a recruitment agency where career advisors work closely with job seekers to discover their strengths together. The visual depicts Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugou competing and improving each other from childhood until they become heroes. The movie contains scenes from the TV anime as well as the message, ``Because you are not alone, you can realize your weaknesses and strengths, overcome your limits, and become stronger.'' The movie will be released until June 9th.

Recruit Agent also conducted a survey of working adults to find out what words in the story that gave them a boost.
