If we look back at the previous work, the story focused on Kenichi Shirahama. He was just a weak high school student, but he had a very strong sense of justice. His life changed completely when he met Miu Furinji, his classmate who was also an amazing martial artist. This led him to enter Ryozanpaku, which is a famous dojo where various legendary martial arts masters live together. The original story showed his incredible journey of growing stronger and stronger under the intense and often crazy teachings of these masters.
In the first episode of this new Master Edition, we see that Kenichi and Miu are still continuing with their daily training routines. While Kenichi is once again doubling down on his resolve to finally become a true master, the story is already hinting that a brand new battle is just around the corner.
