The fairies that existed a long time ago disappeared at some point, and now only "fossils (wands)" remain. The main character, Arata, is a "fairy user" who can use the power hidden in a wand, and is treated as an outcast by society. He meets a girl and heads to the ``Fairy Graveyard'', the phantom land where the wand sleeps.
Also, in the same issue, Hirohiko Araki's ``The JOJOLands'' appears on the cover. In the magazine, a ``Frame B4 poster of ``JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 7 Steel Ball Run'' drawn by Hirohiko Araki will be available for mail order only to first edition purchasers.
