The Inspiration Behind the New Arc
"His Majesty's Cleaner" is an otherworldly fantasy story starring Sakura Takatsuki, a high school girl who loves cleaning. One day, Sakura wanders into the castle of a demon king who lives in another world. In this world, if something gets dirty, it is removed with cleaning magic, so there is no culture of cleaning itself. Moreover, cleaning magic is now forbidden due to a curse, and the castle is said to be in a serious situation. Sakura uses her knowledge of cleaning as a beautification committee member to keep the Demon King's Castle and Demon King's territory beautiful.
A Glimpse into the Story of Fake Marriage
The main character of "Advice for a Fake Marriage ~Passing with a Doting Boyfriend~" is Sayuki, the daughter of a long-established Japanese confectionery shop who acts like a Yamato Nadeshiko but is bitter in her heart. One day, she falls down on the street and is rescued by a handsome, unfriendly man, who licks her dirty face. Surprised, Sayuki slaps him and leaves, but it turns out that he is Yusuke Mizushima, the heir of a food manufacturer that her father does business with, and is Sayuki's arranged marriage partner. Furthermore, Yusuke proposes a fake marriage to Sayuki because she can't concentrate on work because of all the people around her talking about marriage plans. When Sayuki hears this, she vows to make Yusuke fall in love with her and use her to the fullest, but... The story depicts the awkward love story of two people who begin a fake marriage.
