Debut of Vocal Album Series Star Mani with NG Knight Ramune & 40
Today is a very special day for all the old-school anime fans out there. If you have been following the classics, you will know that King Records has a very famous anime and voice actor specialty label called Star Child Records. They have just made a massive announcement that is sure to make many of us feel quite nostalgic. The best anime vocal album collection, known as the Star Mani Series, has finally been released for the very first time on various music subscription services today, March 25th. This is really big news because for a long time, these tracks were quite hard to find on official streaming platforms.
This whole event is actually being organised to commemorate a very big milestone. Star Child Records will be celebrating its 45th anniversary in 2026, and they are starting the celebrations early with this digital release. It is quite a thoughtful move for the fans who grew up listening to these iconic songs on CDs and cassettes. Now, we can just open our apps and dive into the golden era of anime music whenever we want. It is truly a treat for the ears.
A Solid Lineup of Retro Classics
The lineup of titles included in this release is honestly very impressive. It covers some of the most beloved shows from the 90s and early 2000s. We are seeing tracks from NG Knight Ramune & 40 which was released in 2005, and it really brings back so many memories. Along with that, they have included music from several other legendary series that defined a generation of viewers. For many, the chance to hear these songs again is the reason why NG Knight Ramune & 40 is a retro mecha classic along with its peers.

Limited Time YouTube Releases and Premiere Screenings
In addition to the songs being available on subscription services, KING AMUSEMENT CREATIVE is doing something extra for the community. Their official YouTube channel will be hosting three main anime works from the Star Mani Series for a limited time. This is a great chance to re-watch some classics or even catch them for the first time if you missed them back in the day.
They have shared a proper schedule for these releases, and it looks like we have a lot to look forward to in the coming weeks. First, all 6 episodes of All-round Bunka Nekomusume (OVA version) will be released on March 27th at 8pm. After that, we will get to see Let's Go! Space Battleship Yoko Yamamoto on April 10th at 8pm. Finally, BLUE SEED will be available starting May 8th at 8pm. What is even more exciting is that they are holding a Watch Premiere Screening on the very first day of each movie's release, so the fans can all watch together and chat in real-time. It is going to be a very lively atmosphere for sure.
