``CHIIKAWA DAYS Taipei Special Exhibition,''' a large-scale exhibition of ``Chiikawa'' that has landed in Taipei, is being held from July 4, 2026. His popularity knows no bounds, and he is loved by all generations and was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the Japan Character Awards Grand Prix. The anime, which began broadcasting in 2022, is attracting attention not only from Japan but from all over the world, with the total number of missed broadcasts on YouTube exceeding 400 million. On July 24th, Chiikawa the Movie: The Secret of Mermaid Island, the first film adaptation of the series' unique and popular feature-length episode, "The Siren Chapter," will be released.
