Volume 1 of Itsuki Tsutsui's ``Mentori-sama'' was released today, March 27th, by KADOKAWA's Dengeki Comics NEXT. This is a comic adaptation of Kamuri's novel.
The main character, a college student, heads to the countryside with his older sister when his parents ask him to come check on his grandmother, who lives alone. My grandmother is said to have mild dementia, but her responses are so consistent that it doesn't seem like it. However, the story of the creepy ``Hentori-sama'', which repeats like a hoax, arouses the protagonist's anxiety. A storehouse that is forbidden to enter stands out in the humid, hot countryside air, and terrifying childhood memories associated with it.
