The Story So Far
'Skeleton Knight, Now Going to Another World' is an exhilarating and thrilling world-changing fantasy based on a light novel written by Yasushizaruoni and illustrated by KeG, published by Overlap Novels and with a total circulation of over 3.5 million copies including electronic copies.
The main character, Ark, falls asleep while playing an MMORPG, and when he wakes up, he finds himself in the form of his game character and thrown into an unknown world. Due to his 'skeleton knight' appearance, with armor on the outside and skeleton on the inside, Ark decides to enjoy the other world inconspicuously so as not to be subjugated as a monster, but because of his good-natured nature, he is unable to overlook the evil deeds in front of him, and he succeeds and fails.

Ark continues his journey with the elf warrior Arian, the beastkin ninja Chiyome, and the spirit beast Ponta, aiming for the Wind Dragon Mountains, which are said to have a 'curse-breaking spring.'
As they continue to help people who are in trouble and cannot leave them alone, they visit a village far away from their destination, the Furyu Mountains. Then, when all the residents of that village saw Ark and the others, they all got scared and ran away.
