The true identity of Surgameteo, the machine that throws fastballs at speeds of 160km/h, is a shy 15-year-old boy with a ridiculously big butt. Tsutomu Suruga, a first-year student at Seigun High School, is scouted by the baseball team's captain, Haruto Kai, because of his impressive butt. Suruga, who has a shy personality, once refuses to join the club, but it turns out that Suruga is actually Suruga Meteor's "inside"... The story depicts Suruga learning how to interact with people and play as a team through high school baseball, and the growth of the Seigun High School baseball team. "Surugameteo" is currently being serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine (Kodansha).
