The wait is over for US fans of the Naruto franchise, as the Naruto Mythos TCG is finally launching in the country. Distributor Zvezdar is giving fans the first chance to experience the game at this year's San Diego Comic-Con.
Naruto Mythos TCG Launch and Pre-Release Events
At SDCC, fans can try the game for free and collect two special promo cards. The event will also be the first spot where fans can buy booster boxes ahead of the game's upcoming North American launch. Other pre-release events will take place across the US, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean starting August 29.
Naruto Mythos TCG Card Types and Rarity
The Naruto Mythos TCG features various card types, including Common, Uncommon, Rare, Secret Rare, and Legendary. The game also includes 'puzzle art' cards, which are sets of nine that create one continuous artwork when placed side by side. Legendary cards are the rarest, with unique numbering and 22-karat gold foil.
Naruto Mythos TCG Future Plans and Worldwide Rollout
A full worldwide rollout of the game is reportedly coming in November. The second set, titled Shinobi Shiren, will arrive in Europe this September, while a third set will debut the Shippuden-era and Akatsuki clan at a later date. With its impeccable card quality, anime artwork, and engaging gameplay mechanics, Naruto Mythos is set to become a hit among fans and collectors alike.
