The theatrical animation ``Look Back,'' based on the original work by Tatsuki Fujimoto and directed by Kiyotaka Oshiyama, will be broadcast for the first time on terrestrial TV on NHK General TV from 11:00 pm on March 22nd.
``Look Back'' is a story about two girls, Fujino, who had absolute confidence in her drawing ability, and Kyomoto, a high school truant who has excellent drawing skills, as they face manga single-mindedly. It was released in June 2024 and won the Best Animated Work Award at the 48th Japan Academy Awards. Fujino will be played by Yumi Kawai, and Kyomoto will be played by Mitsuki Yoshida.
