Toei Animation Brings ONE PIECE Night Back to Seattle

Toei Animation is set to ignite excitement among anime and baseball fans in Seattle this spring with the return of ONE PIECE Night in collaboration with the Seattle Mariners. The event is scheduled for March 31 at T-Mobile Park, coinciding with the Mariners' thrilling home game against the New York Yankees. This marks the second collaboration between Toei Animation and the Mariners, following their successful partnership on April 8, 2025.

This year's event promises to once again celebrate the beloved characters of Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Crew, seamlessly melding the vibrant anime fandom with the lively atmosphere of Major League Baseball's opening week. Fans can secure tickets exclusively through the Mariners' official site, with each themed ticket including a special commemorative ONE PIECE x Seattle Mariners baseball jersey.

Attendees can look forward to a range of pre-game activities related to the ONE PIECE Card Game, including engaging demos and opportunities to pick up jerseys, starting at Victory Hall in the afternoon before the gates open at T-Mobile Park. Jersey distribution will continue through the early innings of the game, culminating in the highly anticipated first pitch scheduled for 6:40 PM local time.

Key highlights of the ONE PIECE Night schedule as of February 4 include:

  • 2:30 PM: ONE PIECE Card Game demos and early jersey pickup at Victory Hall
  • 5:10 PM: Stadium gates open with jersey pickup available outside Section 339
  • 6:40 PM: Seattle Mariners face off against the New York Yankees

On the anime front, fans can rejoice as the ONE PIECE series, adapted from Eiichiro Oda's manga, is gearing up to resume weekly episodes starting this April with the commencement of the Elbaph arc. Looking ahead, the plan from 2026 onward is to deliver up to 26 episodes annually, with each episode dedicated to adapting one manga chapter.

Given the overwhelming success of last year's event, tickets for the upcoming March 31 spectacle are expected to be in high demand. Fans are encouraged to secure their tickets promptly to avoid missing out on this unique fusion of anime and baseball culture.
