The story traces Rimuru's journey from turning into a slime to creating the "Tempest", and is easy to understand even for those who have never encountered the work. ``Gobta and Yura: Eventful Date'' includes scenes of Gobuta and Yura eating specialty food together while running away from pursuers. Also, scenes of Elmesia and the others enjoying their vacation were also cut out.
