Volume 1 of Komebi's 'I'm going to dashi the elixir of life' was released by Hifumi Shobo today, June 25th. This is a comic adaptation based on the novel by Kurotome Hagane.
The Story Begins
Medicine master Yaosaka was traveling with his partner, Hafty, a beautiful gambling girl, in order to deliver the elixir of life. However, Hafty loses in a match for Yaosaka's identity and ends up being sold as a slave. Yaosaka begins his life as a slave in a wealthy man's mansion, but for some reason he falls in love with a young lady, Ur, who was supposed to be meeting him for the first time.
