Volume 8 of Kano Oka's ``Science Gohan with Yankee'' was released today, February 19th. Akina Saegusa, a member of Nijisanji, wrote a recommendation on the book's obi: ``After reading it, you'll want to cook. Reviewing the science will make it delicious!''

``Yankee-kun and Science Dinner'' is a story about Ran, a chemistry teacher, and Chiaki Inukai, a problem child in his homeroom class, who cook using science. It is serialized in Tonari no Young Jump, and is supervised by cooking expert Naoya Higuchi. Volume 8 contains episodes related to kinpira burdock, vegetable soup, peperoncino, etc.
