The 3rd PV and 3rd key visual of the TV anime ``Hanapetal of the Link Carnation'' based on the original work by Mikihisa Konishi has been released. Ten additional cast members, including Katsuyuki Konishi, Yoshimasa Hosoya, and Natsuki Hanae, were announced at once.

The story of ``Petals of Reincarnation'' begins when Touya Ougiji, a high school student who has no merit and is hungry for talent, meets Luo Buffet, a ``Mawarimono'' Haito who gained talent from his previous life through the ``Branches of Reincarnation''. Konishi will play the role of Ogiwa, the leader of the Sinner Army, a group of outlaws who have awakened to their criminal talents, Hosoya will play the role of Kitazukasai, the commander of the Special Self-Defense Force's Kurokei Unit and Toya's older brother and Seiya's best friend, and Hanae will play the role of Minami Minami, a member of the Special Self-Defense Force's Kurokei Unit and the head of the Outlaw Research Office. Additionally, Miyu Tomita, Ayumu Murase, Masaaki Mizu, Daisuke Namikawa, Takahiro Sakurai, Shuhei Sakaguchi, and Nobuo Tobita have been added to the cast. The third PV features the main characters from the group of people around the world who aim for "world peace", the Great Forest of Heroes, and the Sinner Army. In addition to the battle scenes of each faction, the background of the main characters Toya Ogiji and Haito Luo Buffet pursuing their talents will be shown. Furthermore, the ending theme song "Zero" by Sizuk was also unveiled in the PV. In the third key visual, the main characters of Sinner's Army are depicted in a composition that appears to be in conflict with the characters of Great People's Forest, who appeared in the second key visual.
Broadcast information is also released. Starting with the fastest broadcast on TOKYO MX from 24:30 on April 2nd, it will be broadcast sequentially on BS Nippon Television, CBC, and AT-X.
