Volume 1 of Aki Tokage's ``As soon as I'm gone, Kasumi Tsukagi'' was released today, February 27th.
Michiru Takase, a boy who failed his high school entrance exam, lost the will to work hard even after entering the school. Meanwhile, the girl sitting next to him, Kasumi Hakanagi, who had been absent since the entrance ceremony, comes to school. She was wearing an eyepatch and bandages, and there were dark rumors circulating about her being a psychopath and a self-harmer. Michiru tries to keep her distance to avoid trouble. However, she wasn't just weak, she was actually a positive hard worker. And by chance, the two form a ``reciprocal relationship'' where they help each other when they are in trouble... This is a romantic comedy about a weak and strong girl and a boy who watches over her.
