Volume 1 of Hotaru's Anatomy Detective, originally written by Shiki Shikishima, was released today, March 26th. This is a comic adaptation of the novel of the same name.
Iwaizen, a new detective at Hachioji Police Station, has the ability to see ghosts only in cases of murder. In a certain case of a hanging corpse, Miyuki sees a ghost and insists that it's an incident, but Ryota Aida, a senior detective, dismisses him by saying, ``Tell me your rationale'' and ``There are traces of a murder somewhere, right?'' Then appeared Mari Kirisaki, a girl in gothic lolita fashion. She claims to be a forensic scientist, and when she sees the body, she points out the possibility that it was a homicide...
