Additional cast members for the TV anime ``Ice Wall'' based on the original work by Kocha Agazawa have been announced. Akari Kito will play the role of Momoka Kuriki, Sho Hatano will play the role of Yuki Azumi, and Natsumi Kawaida will play the role of Akine Atsukawa.
The cast was announced as high school juniors who are one year younger than Koyuki Hikawa, who is not good at interacting with people and is called the "queen" by those around her. Momoka Kuriki, played by Kito, is the type of girl who acts honestly about her feelings, and actively approaches Minato Amamiya. Yuki Azumi, played by Hatano, is Miki Azumi's younger brother who is one year younger. Although he has a flashy appearance, he is able to interact with everyone without worrying about distance, and has the keenness to understand the other person's feelings. He is also a childhood friend of Koyuki. Akine Atsukawa, played by Kawaida, is a character who does not show any emotion on her face. This can sometimes make you look intimidating. ``Ice Castle'' is directed by Mankyu and animated by Studio KAI. The role of Koyuki Hikawa will be played by Anna Nagase. Broadcast on 28 TBS stations from April 2nd. It was also announced that it will be broadcast on AT-X from April.
