The original animation project "WASTED CHEF (tentative title)" by director Takayuki Hirao of "Movie Love Ponpo-san" has been selected for the "Annecy Animation Showcase" at the 79th Cannes Film Festival, which will be held from May 15th to 17th. The staff of "Movie Love Pompo-san" has reunited for "WASTED CHEF (tentative name)," with character design by Shingo Adachi, music by Kenta Matsukuma, and production by CLAP. ``Annecy Animation Showcase'' is a program where the creators themselves introduce animations in progress selected from around the world, and director Hirao from ``WASTED CHEF'' and producer Ryoichiro Matsuo of CLAP will be on stage.
