The cast continues from the original game. Jin Urayama will play the role of Buddhist monk, Shizuka Ito will play the role of Emma, Umitsu Takase will play the role of Hanbei, Takaya Haji will play the role of Owl, and Tetsuo Kanao will play the role of Isshin Ashina. As previously reported, the role of Wolf will be played by Daisuke Namikawa, the role of Kuro will be played by Miyuki Sato, and the role of Genichiro Ashina will be played by Kenjiro Tsuda.
