Volume 1 of Torimura's ``Nice to meet you #first love now available'' was released by Square Enix today, March 25th. This is a romantic comedy that begins with a reunion with a neighbor's older sister who was thought to have died of illness.
The main character is Kazuri, a young man who works as a modeler at a VTuber production company. Although he can talk about anything he likes, he can't really talk to people at work, and ends up being removed from a project he was passionate about. At that time, I remembered Koto, an older sister in my neighborhood who used to practice speaking with me when I was little. Koto is sick and has died and will never be seen again. However, after receiving a doll from her parents' home that reminds her of her memories with Koto, Koto's spirit begins to possess the 3D model for VTuber that is currently being developed... Kazato's first love of 10 years begins to move forward. The work is currently being serialized in Young Gangan (Square Enix).
