The Story Begins
Sachiko Tojo's essay manga ``A tour of used single-family investment properties under 5 million yen by active landlords'' was released by Takeshobo today, June 18th.

A Landlord's Experience
The story of ``A current landlord's tour of used single-family investment properties under 5 million yen'' begins when the author, Tojo, is consulted by his only daughter, who is returning from overseas with her boyfriend and is ``looking for a place to live.'' Tojo thought it would be difficult to live together and that it would be a waste to pay rent on a rental property, so he considered purchasing a used detached house.
He thinks it would be a good idea to let his daughters live there and then rent it out after they leave. Using his experience as a landlord, having previously managed three 22-room apartment buildings and one rental house, he decided to look for an investment property that he could buy with a budget of 5 million yen.
