The key visual and "Main PV (back version)" of the TV anime "Iron Pot Jean!" based on the original work by Shinji Saijo have been released. It has also been announced that Tomokazu Sugita will be playing the role of Ryuji Bito.

The key visual features a large gathering of chefs. It also depicts Jean facing them, giving us a feeling of a heated battle. In the "Main PV (back version)", Nichido Otani, a food critic with the best tongue in Japan and the worst personality, reviews Jean. As Jean's greatest nemesis, Jean's character is somewhat exaggerated. In addition, the ending theme song has been decided to be Emuni Mini's "Nakita Akuma". Part of the song was used in the PV.
The Inspiration Behind the New Arc
Ryuji Bito, played by Sugita and known as “Ryu of XO Sauce,” is an assassin chef who makes full use of XO sauce. He is infatuated with Otani, and has made a lot of money in the past by competing against numerous chefs for large sums of money. Sugita, who had been following the original work in real time, expressed his joy, saying, ``I was feeling unfaithful because I didn't even have an audition, but then I got a role in XO Sauce's Ryu, and my excitement was at its peak. I did it!!''
