Volume 1 of ``The Invincible Assassin Wizard Travels with the Last Boss Girl @COMIC'' was released by TO Books today, April 15th. The original story is based on a novel written by Akina Manimani, and the comic adaptation was done by Kazuhiro Hara, who is known for his illustrations for ``Log Horizon.'' The composition is handled by Yutaka Yagami.
Brad Lester, the strongest magician, disappears from society after losing his young daughter. After that, he hid his identity and lived as a humble F-rank adventurer, working as a day laborer. However, his beloved wife is killed by the World Peace Promotion Society, who are trying to bring Brad back into the organization. Filled with despair and anger, Brad heads out for revenge, but his wife's enemy, Walburga, the representative of the society, has lost her memory and turned into a little girl. Brad sees no point in getting rid of Walburga, who doesn't remember anything, so he decides to try to restore her memory.
