"Kuroiwa Medaka Doesn't Understand My Cuteness" is a romantic comedy about Kawai Mona, an incredibly popular woman, and Kuroiwa Medaka, who doesn't pay attention to her. It is serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine (Kodansha), and the first season of the TV anime was broadcast from January 2025.
