In the year 203X, "manifestations" resembling monster paintings suddenly begin to appear in Japan. So Nonoya, an art college student who can see manifestations, discovers a manifestation shaped like a steamed bun on campus one day. The manifestation, which had a form I had never seen before, felt gratitude and caused ears of rice to grow around it, but it was also able to suddenly make it rain...
