Volume 1 of Seijin Yuki's ``Ten Commandments'', originally written by Haruo Yuki, was released by Square Enix today, April 11th. Composed by Kosei Moriga.
The work is a comic adaptation of Yuki's novel of the same name. The main character, Rie, visits an island owned by her late uncle with her father and members of a real estate company to inspect the island being turned into a resort. The island is in disrepair, and the group becomes suspicious when it is discovered that a large amount of ammonium nitrate, the source of explosives, is stored in the hut. Furthermore, the next morning, the corpse of one of the members who had come for inspection was discovered at the bottom of the cliff. A note was left in the villa with 10 rules written on it, such as ``Don't try to find out who the murderer is.''
"The Ten Commandments" is currently being serialized on Gangan ONLINE. To commemorate the release of the book, the electronic version comes with illustration data.
