The Inspiration Behind the New Collaboration

A collaboration project between Sanrio's 'Hapidanbui' and the sandwich chain 'Subway' is 'Hapi Sub Summer!' will be held. It will be held at Subway stores nationwide (excluding some stores such as those in leisure facilities) from Wednesday, July 8, 2026.

'Hapidanbui' is a unit formed by six Sanrio male characters 'Pochacco', 'Tuxedo Sam', 'Kerokero Keroppi', 'Bad Badtz Maru', 'Hangyodon', and 'Ahiru no Peckle'. With the slogan, 'With everyone, anything is okay!', they are active happily.

Special Menu Sets and Original Goods

In our first collaboration with Subway, we are selling the 'Hapidanbui Sandwich and Potato Drink S Set with Original Goods (Random)', which is a set of 3 popular Subway standard menu items (shrimp tama, BLT, salad chicken) and original goods. The product will be provided in a paper bag with a limited design made in collaboration with 'Hapidanbui'.

The first edition from July 8th (Wednesday) will come with 'acrylic key chains (all 4 types)'. For each set menu, you will receive one of the four types at random.

There are three types of menus. 'Ebitama' is a combination of egg salad, shrimp, and chipotle sauce. Enjoy the richness of the egg, the plump texture of the shrimp, and just the right amount of smoky and spicy flavor.

BLT is a sandwich where you can enjoy the flavor of smoky pork belly bacon and spicy semi-dry sausage. We recommend pairing it with Caesar dressing.

Salad chicken is a refreshing salad chicken with the gentle sweetness of honey and the perfect balance of sourness from grainy mustard. It goes great with honey mustard.

Original goods will end as soon as they are sold out at each store. A second event is also planned, details of which will be announced at a later date.
