The Story Behind SHIROBAKO
The anime "SHIROBAKO" is a group drama that depicts the behind-the-scenes aspects of anime production, centering on five women, including Aoi Miyamori, who work in the anime industry. The movie version was released in 2020 as a sequel to the TV anime series that started airing in 2014. Aoi Miyamori, who is in her fifth year as a production manager for the movie version, will be in charge of animation for the new project.
