The musical ``Skip and Loafers'' has a quiet beginning to express the gentle atmosphere of the work. It also depicts the hustle and bustle of the city and the sparkle of youth, set to a fast-paced song. In addition, a variety of songs are being released one after another, including cute karaoke songs and comical tango-like melodies. In particular, the final scene in which Mitsumi realizes her important feelings was especially exciting.

Miisa Shimizu, who plays the role of Mitsumi Iwakura, commented, ``I would be happy if the work reminded me of how I felt back then when I was a student, or if I could gently push the back of someone who is in the middle of it right now.'' Shion Yoshitaka, who plays the role of Sosuke Shima, said, ``We have carefully crafted the story so that we can convey the delicate emotional movements of the original work in the stage version.''
"Skip and Loafers" is the youth story of Mitsumi Iwakura, who moved to Tokyo from Ishikawa. The Tokyo performance will run until March 15th, and will be performed at Osaka's Umeda Arts Theater Drama City from March 20th to 22nd. It has been decided that it will be streamed live on March 14th on the video distribution service Theater Complex TOWN. A Blu-ray containing footage of the performance will be released on July 22nd.
