Volume 1 of Red Mash's ``Moving in condition: Be sure to get along with the friends living next door'' was released today, February 20th, by KADOKAWA's Silph Comics. This is a comic adaptation of a horror novel by Kakuyomu by Nefune wa Yase.

The main character, Takahiro, finds a sign that says ``We are looking for people who are willing to take care of their lives right now! Monthly salary from 150,000 yen *Live-in required'', and begins living in a room in an apartment where the occupant next door is clearly not human. The neighbor tells Takahiro a ghost story every day over the balcony, saying, ``I heard this from a friend,'' and watches Takahiro's reaction when he hears it. There are other strange things about the apartment complex, and several residents have reportedly fled. Even in such an environment, Takahiro's upbringing is better than the one he used to live in, and the mystery of the apartment creates a drama.
As a purchase bonus, illustration cards are included at Melon Books, Fromage Books, Miraiya Shoten, Gamers, and Mangaoh. All illustrations are newly drawn.
