A new series by Amaneko, ``Gal to Couture ~Ariake Momo decided to make clothes and win~'' started in Sho-Comi issue 7 (Shogakukan), released today on March 5th.
This work is based on Fashion Koshien (National High School Fashion Design Championship) held in Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture. Momo Ariake, a gal who grew up in a snowy country, meets Ren Ujo, a boy of the same age who aspires to be a designer, and takes on the challenge of making clothes to express the "cuteness" that only exists within her. Momo and Ren then form a team and aim to win Fashion Koshien.
Continuing from issue 6, this issue also includes an appendix, ``Sho-Comi Boys' Dream Situation'' Photo Card. Twelve characters were drawn with the theme of "pajamas." It is a size that is easy to put in a smartphone or card case, and the back side has a ``dream situation mini novel'' written on it.
