Amenities and Services
Sapporo Misono Tokiwaso Room, developed by LEGIKA, a non-profit organization, is an urban property that is a 1-minute walk from Misono Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway Toho Line and an 8-minute subway ride from central Sapporo. Introducing the project's first meal service, the low price of 385 yen (including tax) for breakfast and 715 yen (including tax) for dinner will help manga creators maintain a balanced nutritional balance and help them reduce the amount of time they spend cooking and shopping at home. Furthermore, we have a large public bath to soothe the fatigue of manga production, which is a sedentary job.

Eligibility and Application
In addition, it also functions as a target house for ``Chelsea Canvas'', a service provided by LEGIKA for students who aspire to be creators. We accept not only aspiring manga artists but also other aspiring creators in order to learn about the workplace of professional creators and utilize them for future career paths. Additionally, the restriction of experience in bringing in manuscripts, which is one of the usual conditions for participation, has been eliminated. Instead, applicants will be judged on their "serious intention to become a professional creator" and "willingness to learn through communal living."
