Volume 1 of Shinki's ``Toxic-a-Holic Alternate Episode'' was released today, March 26th. This is a comic adaptation of the media mix project by "Tokumu Danshi", which is gaining support through songs, voice dramas, and SNS.
Set in the near future, the world is suddenly attacked by a poisonous new creature called "void" with overwhelming power. The only people who can fight against them are the ``toxicants,'' also known as ``toxic men,'' who have poisonous bodies. Today, they head out on a mission to eradicate the voids for the sake of peace for humanity. The work is currently being serialized in Monthly Comic Gene (KADOKAWA).
Some bookstores will give out purchase benefits. Animate has two types of illustrated cards and bookmarks, Melon Books and Fromage Books have newly illustrated cards, and Gamers has newly drawn bromides.
