The story is set in Japan, where the death penalty has been abolished and serious criminals are imprisoned in a town called "Twilight Town." Murder and robbery were not considered crimes in Twilight Town, and death row inmates were forced to kill each other. The main character, Sendo Yuuma, is imprisoned in such a lawless area, despite being falsely accused of arson. While meeting people imprisoned in Twilight Town for various reasons, Yuma begins to discover his hidden abilities. "Twilight Town Prisoners" is currently being serialized in Magazine Pocket.
