The Story Unfolds
The story depicts merchants who find and buy and sell relics from an old era in a world after civilization has perished. A boy who was working as a servant for a certain merchant was criticized for being worthless and lost his job. However, he happened to be passing by and was picked up by Neko-san, a new breed of taciturn cat, and before he knew it, he was running a store with her.
A New Beginning
The boy spends a peaceful time in comparison to his rough life up until then, but he is kidnapped by his former co-workers who have heard about the thriving store. The work was serialized after the one-shot version written by Takashima, which was published in Monthly Shonen Gangan, was well received.
With the release of the new series, fans are excited to see how the story will unfold, and how the boy and Neko-san will navigate the challenges of their new life together.
