Volume 1 of ``Phantom Loose ~The Last Paradise Dreamed of by a Witch~'' by Kachiru Ishidate, known for works such as ``Rosen Blood~The Hall of Immorality~'' was released today, May 15th by Akita Shoten.
The Story Unfolds
The main character is Lapicia, the female owner of the ornament store "Mystica Obscura." She falls in love with her childhood friend Angel, a perfumer, and by some chance, she ends up telling him about her feelings. Lapicia's dreams come true, and Angel and she become lovers. However, that night, she had a strange dream where she met Dee, a man who said he was looking for a rabbit... The story is linked to the worldview of "Rosen Blood", which was serialized from 2017 to 2022.
Promotions and Releases
To commemorate the release of the book, Melon Books and Fromage Books will be distributing illustrated cards, Animate will be distributing double-sided B6 size visual boards, and Kikuya Shoten and other supporting bookstores will be distributing paper. Akita Shoten's online store, Melon Books and Fromage Books, also has books that come with paid bonuses.
Also, reproductions of original paintings will be on display at Shosen Grande, Shosen Book Tower, and Horindo Bookstore Takadanobaba store in Tokyo until June 21st.
