The first volume of Amechaya's 'Sherlock + Academy', originally written by Kyosuke Kamishiro, was released today, June 16th.

The Story Unfolds
Mizen Fusuzaki was a great criminal of the century who directed numerous theatrical crimes and was known as the 'Crime King.' He was captured due to the activities of the 'Detective King' Stephen Holmes Hazeldine, but his successors who were influenced by his unrequited status caused a sudden increase in violent crimes.
Meet the Characters
Misaki, the grandson of a crime lord, enters a Japanese detective training school and meets Shina, the detective king's adopted daughter and disciple. The two, who have been incompatible ever since they entered the school, end up competing in their deduction skills with each other's souls on the line.
The work is currently being serialized in Bungeishunju's BUNCOMI. Upon the release of the first volume, Ryukishi 07, known for works such as 'Higurashi no Naku Koro ni', gave a recommendation comment, praising the unique blend of mystery and detective work in the series.
