A new visual for the TV anime "Ace of Diamond act II Second Season" based on the original work by Yuji Terashima has been released.
The new visual depicts Seido's Eijun Sawamura and City University's Mitsunori Amakusa, who will face off in the semifinals of the West Tokyo Tournament to qualify for Koshien in the summer. The battle between the two schools, which is expected to be a pitching battle, is depicted as two people about to throw a ball.
The Road to Koshien
In "Ace of Diamond", the main character Sawamura enters Seido High School, a prestigious high school baseball team, and aims to be at the top of the nation. The first season of the ``actII'' anime, which is the second part, was broadcast from 2019 to 2020.
The Final Summer
The second season, which is being broadcast every Sunday at 5:30 pm on TV Tokyo's 6 network networks, depicts the final summer of the team, led by third-year students including Kazuya Miyuki, Sawamura's senior. The team is determined to make it to Koshien, and the new visual showcases the intense rivalry between Seido and City University.
