The Inspiration Behind the New Arc
Rina Motoizumi will appear as a younger sister in the TV anime "Yani Neko" based on the original work by Nyan Nyan Factory.
“Yani Neko” will be broadcast from July 2nd. Imoko is Yanineko's younger sister, and is a serious and determined "honor student JK cat." Character visuals were also released.
Behind the Scenes
``Yani Neko'' is a comedy set in a world where humans and beasts coexist, depicting the daily life of Yanineko, a scum beast who is a heavy smoker. The original work is currently being serialized in Young Magazine (Kodansha), and up to 12 volumes have been published. In the anime, the role of Yanineko is played by Yuko Natsuyoshi. The director is Taku Kimura, the screenplay is by Takashi Aoshima, the character design is by Riki Matsuura, the music is by Keiichi Suzuki, and the animation is produced by Bibury Animation Studio.
