The first volume of Amashiro Mio's ``If a society where men are controlled is called a ``dystopia'' THE COMIC'' was released by Kill Time Communication today, April 8th. This is a comic version of Kirino Frigate's novel.
``If a society where men are in charge is called a 'dystopia,' then THE COMIC'' is set in Japan, which is like a parallel world where the gender ratio is heavily biased towards women. The world is being invaded by beings called Cranji, and the only people who can fight against them are those who have awakened to supernatural powers called Transcenders. The story begins when the main character, a young boy named Souma Aoi, reaches the point of mastery, which is the trigger for a man's supernatural powers to manifest. Souma, who has memories of living in another world, accepts the common sense of the new world as it is, and starts a grand plan to captivate the women of the world.
