``Komekami! Girls'' is the story of seven sisters, ``Komekami! Girls,'' children of the rice god, who were born based on the legend that ``seven gods dwell in a single grain of rice.'' Started in 2011 with the title "Komekami!", it has developed rice packages, short animations, 4-panel comics, light novels, etc. This anime will be restarted with the characters about 10 years younger. The story depicts the seven sisters, who are based in Usa City, Oita Prefecture, and can teleport to Hachiman Shrines across Kyushu, as they solve problems in each region, learn about food, experience cooking battles, and grow.

Eriko Kawakami will play Sanae, the eldest daughter of the Koshino family, who is 14 years old and has a naturally dull personality.She is 13 years old and has a cool personality and works at her own pace.The second daughter, Minori, will be played by Miki Toyonaga, who is a 12-year-old strong-willed narcissist.The role of the third daughter, Mei, will be played by Kurumi Yano. Emi Nitta will play Hikari, the 10-year-old determined fourth daughter, Misa Segawa will play the nerdy fifth daughter and twins Momi, Yuki Tomoe will play the timid Mai, who is one half of the twins, and Ayaka Tamaki will play Honoka, the quiet 5-year-old seventh daughter.
